You will explore learning paths based on industry and service line specialization. Our training curriculum will allow you to develop your skill sets. You will have access to over 1,000 training courses each year based on your skill level and interest. Our training extends beyond the technical side of work. In our strategic skills training, you will learn about topics such as leadership, effective communication, gender and generational differences, implicit bias, business development, and more. We support and provide tuition reimbursement for a Master’s in Business Taxation degree for those seeking to expand their knowledge base. Our offices engage in community service activities throughout the year, supporting organizations like Ronald McDonald House, Operation Gratitude, Downtown Los Angeles Women’s Center, and the Palos Verdes Land Conservancy, Pet Orphans, to name a few.
