HCVT is committed to giving back to our communities. Getting Out for Good is when our firm comes together as ONE. Every fall, across the firm, we go into the community, supporting causes that move our communities forward. But this year it is a little different. We are providing a variety of options for our employees to participate remote, on-site with an organization, or in an office. We are partnering with Cardz for Kids, Letters of Love, and Miracles for Kids to send letters from our own home and Clean Swell for employees to do a beach clean-up on their own. We are also gathering groups of staff at individual offices to create chemo covers and blankets for Amanda Hope Rainbows. HCVT is also joining with Palos Verdes Land Conservancy, Operation Gratitude, and LA Conservation Corps to do on-site activities.

But giving back is not just a once-a-year activity. Our offices engage in community service projects throughout the year, supporting organizations like the Ronald McDonald House, Downtown Los Angeles Women’s Center, The Do Good Bus, and Pet Orphans to name a few. Many of us serve on nonprofit boards, and we share our skills and experience to help organizations achieve their mission.

During the holiday season, we adopt families in need and provide holiday gifts and essential household items. We support organizations combating social and racial injustice, including the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund. Through the American Red Cross, we support the communities across California that have been ravaged by wildfires. Our goal is to put our time, talent, and treasure to work in our communities. Together, we CAN make a difference.
