“My biggest takeaway is that I could tell that HCVT truly cares for their employees and interns. They go above and beyond for you, which makes you want to go above and beyond for the firm.”
“I found the program to be a great insight into the culture and mission of HCVT, while also giving me a chance to interact with peers and professionals from across the region. I also learned more about my own strengths through my MBTI assessment, and gained clarity on how I can grow personally and professionally.”
“I had a really positive experience with this internship program. The culture is so welcoming and supportive, which says a lot considering our work was conducted remotely. Often, these aspects can get lost over technology, but it was not lost here.”
This year, well, it is going to be different. But, it still all begins on campus-even if it is virtual. We are virtually recruiting throughout Southern California, Texas, and Utah. Join us at one of our online campus events. Connect with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or check with your school career center for important event dates and deadlines.

I started my career in public accounting as an intern at HCVT, and now I am a tax partner in the Westlake Village office. I have had the opportunity to work with many of the firm’s specialized services and industry niche practices, including the mergers & acquisitions team, private equity, international and state & local tax. All have influenced my growth as I have experienced different work styles and approaches to client service. I primarily work in the High Net Worth niche practice, and I have found value in niche specialization. The more you “get into” the niche, the bigger the pay-off. Niche specialization gives me a competitive edge
