Tristan has over ten years of public accounting experience, providing audit and assurance services to middle-market private companies. He conducts comprehensive financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures for his clients. Tristan serves a multitude of industries such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, hospitality, technology, and professional services. He specializes in analytical analyses to detect unusual financial statement relationships, as well as internal control reviews and substantive testing. Throughout his audits, he also addresses accounting issues such as inventory valuation, share-based compensation, and complex debt and equity financing transactions. 

Tristan graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor's degree in economics with an accounting emphasis. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
