Overview

Neal brings over 16 years of private industry and public accounting experience to his client engagements and provides audit and assurance services to privately held businesses. Neal is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice performing quality of earnings analyses and other financial due diligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions. Neal provides services to clients in several industry sectors including healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, management services organizations, professional services firms, and technology.

Prior to joining HCVT, Neal served as an accounting manager where he was responsible for internal accounting and financial reporting, contract negotiations, and billings. He also has experience serving as a branch manager for a global car rental company. This combined industry and public accounting experience allows Neal to provide a balanced technical and practical perspective to his clients.

Neal has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Cal State Fullerton. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is an active member of the Association of Corporate Growth, Orange County.
