Michael is a member of HCVT’s Advisory Services practice specializing in Valuation and brings over ten years of public accounting and private industry experience. He provides his expertise in valuations of business enterprises and business interests, including equities, debt, and derivatives. Additionally, Michael values the business’ intangible assets which include technology, patents, customers, rights, trademarks, trade names, as well as tangible assets. His clients range from small emerging companies to established public and private companies. Michael’s industry experience is vast and includes real estate, consumer products, hospitality, life sciences, technology, and telecommunications.
Michael received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a Certified Public Accountant in California. He is also fluent in Czech.
