Elisa is an expert in State and Local Tax with 16 years of experience. She serves pass-through entities, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals across various industries. Her extensive technical knowledge covers state income, franchise, gross receipts, sales and use, and payroll taxes. Elisa assists medium to large companies with complex state and local tax issues, managing state tax compliance projects and consulting on tax planning, nexus studies, apportionment analyses, and sell-side transactions.
Prior to joining HCVT, Elisa worked for KPMG. She holds a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California as well as a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Communications from the University of California, San Diego. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
