Overview

Doron is a member of the Fractional Accounting & Advisory Services leadership team. He brings two decades of public accounting and private industry experience to the closely held business clients he serves across several industries. Doron served as a controller for companies in the retail, distribution, construction, and professional service industries for ten years. His experience leading end-to-end accounting and finance functions for middle-market companies allows him to bring immeasurable value to clients.  

Doron delivers fractional controller support and audit readiness solutions to his outsourced accounting and advisory services clients. Acting as an in-house controller, Doron addresses his clients’ critical accounting issues. His specialties include: preparing annual budgets, executing firm financial strategies, developing KPIs, enforcing standard operating procedures, maintaining bank relationships, and managing day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, accounts receivables and payables, credit card expenses, and cash collections. 

Doron will also assist in deal readiness and the sale of a business. He provides compliance and internal control reviews, financial due diligence, and quality of earnings analyses, among other services. He will focus on matters to promote a successful transaction to maximize the value to a buyer or seller of a business.  

Doron began his career in public accounting at EY. He was a member of the audit team, where he performed audits and reviews and assisted with analyzing client documents. He worked closely to evaluate the internal control structure and provided recommendations to management on how to improve their processes.  With honors, Doron received his bachelor's degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge.
