Claire Chang

Claire has over 14 years of tax consulting and compliance experience serving high net worth individuals, and their closely held businesses, related trusts, and exempt organizations. Claire addresses the tax issues of the individual, the business, and the family with a 360-degree view so that tax planning is comprehensive and holistic. She works with HCVT’s other specialized services including, estate and gift, exempt organizations, including private foundations, state and local, and international tax. This collaboration results in comprehensive tax planning and solutions implemented and aligned with her client’s overall financial objectives. Her industry experience includes real estate developers, real estate investors, and the insurance industry.

Claire graduated from California State University, Northridge, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, magna cum laude.  She holds a master’s degree in business taxation from California State University, Northridge. Claire is a Certified Public Accountant in California. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Claire began her career in public accounting at Moss Adams.
