Overview

Ana has over 15 years of public accounting experience, providing her clients with tax compliance, consulting, and tax planning services. She focuses on privately held middle-market companies, business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and related entities. Ana also assists with the multi-state tax compliance of pass-through entities, including LLCs, partnerships, and S-corporations. Her approach is to view her client's structure as a whole and advise them of the best feasible solutions for the client's overall needs. Ana is a member of HCVT's Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice. Her experience comprises transactional matters, including tax reporting related to both buy-side and sell-side transactions.  

Ana received her bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration with a concentration in finance and real estate from California State University, Northridge. She also received a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Ana is a Certified Public Accountant in California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
