Adam is a member of our Affordable Housing team and dedicates his time solely to serving clients within the industry. With over ten years of experience, he provides services to a variety of privately owned businesses, including residential and mixed-use properties, for-profit and nonprofit real estate developers, and real estate investment trusts. Adam specializes in financial reporting services such as audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures. He is detailed in his findings and works closely with his clients to deliver an efficient and effective audit. Adam has extensive experience in performing cost certifications for low-income tax credit projects. Currently, he oversees over 30 real estate audit engagements in accordance with Governmental Auditing Standards annually.
Adam received his bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
