Overview

Ada is a member of HCVT's Mergers & Acquisitions group, providing her clients with strategic tax planning and structuring. She contributes over 12 years of public accounting experience to her team serving publicly traded corporations, private equity firms, and privately held middle-market clients. Ada has an in-depth understanding of complex tax matters. She specializes in business acquisitions, legal entity rationalization, debt restructuring, loss limitations, and E&P. Ada works closely on buy-side and sell-side transactions to minimize taxes and maximize profit deductions. She is knowledgeable in reporting requirements and supports her clients in understanding complex transactions, including fund formation and acquisitions.  

Ada received her master's degree in taxation from Golden Gate University and her bachelor's degree, with honors, in accounting, from California State University, Fullerton. She is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
