Victor J. Gonzales

Victor has over 25 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to clients in all phases of the business cycle in numerous industry sectors. His experience includes advising clients on tax credit maximization and formulating tax efficient exit strategies for business owners. Victor has represented clients before federal and state taxing authorities. Victor’s clients have ranged from privately held middle-market companies to public and private multinational clients. His industry experience is broad and includes manufacturing, retail, distribution, real estate, hospitality, and private equity. Victor has specialized experience in the grocery industry and currently serves three of the top 75 US grocers. Victor also has experience in private industry where he served as a vice president/controller of an asset management company and focused on tax planning strategies and financial management for a group of hedge funds, investment partnerships, and high net worth individuals.

A graduate of San Diego State University, Victor, earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. Victor is active in the community and has served as president of The Children’s Clinic. He is a member of the Miller Children’s Hospital Long Beach Advisory Board and an Advisory Board member for the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy at San Diego State University. Victor began his career at Deloitte.
