Terry brings over 20 years of public accounting and private industry experience to HCVT. Terry serves private equity clients, including some of the largest global private equity organizations. He has extensive knowledge in tax planning and structuring for international acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio companies by private equity funds. Over the course of his career, Terry has focused primarily on transactions in the Asian and Australian markets.
Prior to joining HCVT, Terry served in various management roles at a global private equity organization where he was responsible for the oversight of international tax structuring and alternative investments.
Terry is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received his bachelor's degree in accounting as well as a master’s degree in taxation. Terry began his public accounting career at Grant Thornton.
