As Chief Operations Officer, Sarah drives HCVT’s strategic and operational excellence. She champions process optimization, fosters collaboration across all levels of the organization, and spearheads initiatives that shape the firm’s future. As an advisor to the Executive Committee, Sarah leads efforts to address critical priorities, including technology innovation, virtual and remote work strategies, privacy and security, talent development, and retention—all while cultivating an inclusive workplace culture where team members thrive.
With over 20 years of public accounting experience, Sarah specialized in tax compliance and consulting for closely held private companies. Since joining HCVT in 2008, she co-led the Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution (MRD) niche group and was elevated to partner in 2020. In her leadership role within the tax department, Sarah collaborated with the IT team to develop advanced databases that improve communication and integration. She has played a pivotal role in streamlining technology adoption and integrating HCVT’s Armenia operations into the firm’s global practices.
Deeply committed to professional development, Sarah also drives the firm’s tax training programs and mentors team members to support their career advancement.
Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and began her career in public accounting at EY.
