Ryan has over 15 years of public accounting experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to partnerships, corporations, S corporations, limited liability companies, and high net worth individuals. Ryan is experienced in entity structuring, partnership allocations, and purchase price allocations. He has assisted clients with mergers and acquisition services including both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Ryan is also experienced in preparing and reviewing tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, accounting for income taxes. Ryan’s industry experience includes the manufacturing, retail, distribution, technology, transportation and shipping, real estate, and energy industry sectors. 

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from California State University, Long Beach. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ryan began his career at Grant Thornton, LLP.
