He provides tax consulting and compliance services to middle-market, closely held businesses in industries such as private equity, professional services, manufacturing, and the healthcare technology industry sectors. He also has prior experience helping clients navigate tax due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.
Robert graduated from California State University, Stanislaus with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He then went on to obtain his juris doctor, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of La Verne College of Law. He also received his Master of Laws in taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a licensed attorney with the State Bar of California.
