Michelle provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services, specializing in professional services businesses, including specialty consulting, risk advisory, legal services, and law firms. Her experience includes sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, debt and equity financings, valuations, and strategic alternatives engagements. She works with clients to evaluate transaction opportunities, navigate complex financial considerations and make informed strategic decisions.
Prior to joining HCVT, Michelle was a member of the Business Services Group within the Corporate Finance division at Houlihan Lokey.
Michelle earned both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Chicago. Her academic research focused on mathematical systems of logic developed by Leibniz and nineteenth-century logicians, including Boole, Peirce, and Schröder.
