Overview

Michael (Mike) Stephenson serves as HCVT's Chief Technology Officer, leading the firm’s technology organization and helping drive the firm’s technology and AI strategy. He is responsible for accelerating the adoption of technologies that enhance productivity through efficiency and automation, improve client service, strengthen HCVT’s competitive position, and enable future growth. Mike works closely with firm leadership to align technology initiatives with the firm’s business objectives.

Mike has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, with leadership roles spanning engineering, product management, data science, business strategy, and organizational leadership. Known for his combination of technical expertise and business acumen, he has led high-performing teams, developed innovative solutions to complex challenges, and delivered technology-driven results at scale across both consumer and commercial markets.

Prior to joining HCVT, Mike spent his career at Microsoft, most recently serving as a Partner Data Science Manager within the Windows group. He also led data science teams within Microsoft’s Azure Cloud and AI group, applying machine learning and advanced analytics to strategic business initiatives. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
