Mark has over 25 years of public accounting experience and provides tax consulting and compliance services to partnerships and pass-through entities. He serves clients in the private equity industry sector including management and fund entities. He provides consultation in complex tax partnership taxation and allocations, including waterfall arrangements and capital account analysis. Mark also has experience serving clients in the manufacturing and entertainment industry sectors. Mark began his career in public accounting at Deloitte and also spent over 15 years with PwC. In addition, Mark was a tax director for a public company. This industry experience, coupled with his consulting experience allows Mark to provide a balanced perspective to his clients. Mark has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cal Poly Pomona.
