Overview

Keith has over 25 years of experience serving clients in the public accounting and private industries for private equity clients. His experience includes providing individual tax compliance for firm founders and executives, as well as providing clients with partnership and international/state taxation and structuring. Keith provides compliance and investor reporting services to all fund participants including sponsors, fund entities, management companies, and executive co-investment vehicles. He conducts analyses of the tax consequences related to corporate acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, divestitures, and liquidations. Additionally, Keith has significant experience providing tax provision services in accordance with ASC 740. He advises management on the tax impact of inbound and outbound transactions through projections and forecasts. Keith assists his clients with the state income tax consequences of new business formations. Prior to joining HCVT, Keith served in leadership positions for a global private equity organization where he was the director of tax compliance. In that role, he was responsible for the worldwide tax compliance of approximately 1,500 entities consisting of controlled foreign corporations, partnerships, and special purpose vehicles.

Keith has a bachelor’s degree in international trade and finance from Louisiana State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas and Louisiana. Keith began his career in public accounting at KPMG LLP.
