Karina is a highly experienced professional bringing over 30 years of legal and nonprofit experience to the firm. Karina assists with client communications and provide comments to ruling requests, treaty applications, and audit and WHT responses. Karina graduated from Stanford University, holds a JD from UC Berkeley Law School, practiced corporate law at Allen Matkins and served as Corporate Counsel for Pioneer North America. Before joining HCVT, Karina was the Director of Student Affairs Scholarships and Special Projects at the University of California, Irvine. Active in the community, Karina is one of the founders of Sage Hill School and a board member of TGR, a Tiger Woods charity.
