Jonathan has more than 20 years of experience serving closely-held businesses, high net-worth individuals, and their related entities. His experience includes federal and multi-state taxation of corporations, pass-through entities, and individuals. Jonathan provides tax consulting and compliance services for real estate and professional services businesses. Jonathan also provides tax consulting and compliance services to the clients in the affordable housing industry sector, including entities that utilize Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Throughout his career, Jonathan has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board.
Jonathan graduated with a bachelor‘s degree in accounting from Colorado State University at Fort Collins. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
