John is an Advisory Services partner and leads the Technology & Transformation practice at HCVT, where he helps organizations modernize operations, scale effectively, and adopt emerging technologies. His work focuses on strategic planning and roadmap development, readiness assessments, solution evaluation and selection, process improvement, and operating model and organizational design. He also advises on enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, robotic process automation (RPA), and intelligent automation solutions, including AI-enabled tools, as part of broader transformation initiatives. John partners with family offices, registered investment advisors (RIAs), institutional organizations, and a range of businesses, including privately held and mid-market companies. He guides clients through complex technology and operational decisions with a balanced approach that blends strategic vision, operational precision, and human insight.
John brings extensive experience across business, operations, and technology leadership, having led large-scale transformation efforts in both Fortune 50 environments and entrepreneurial ventures. His background includes developing enterprise roadmaps, leading ERP and automation programs, redesigning operational processes, and overseeing change management initiatives across industries including family offices, entertainment, technology, nonprofit organizations, manufacturing, retail, and financial services.
Before joining HCVT, John led the family office industry practice and the strategy & transformation consulting group at Armanino. He also founded Arctos Ventures, a consultancy centered on business strategy and innovation, and previously held executive leadership roles at OnPrem Solution Partners, 20th Century Fox, and NBCUniversal.
John holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
