Jessica has over 17 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to private equity organizations and executives of private equity firms. She has experience providing services to entities within the fund cycle including fund entities, investment vehicles, management companies, general partner promote vehicles and executive co-investment vehicles. She has worked with both upper tier and lower tier entities. She has addressed federal, state & local and international tax compliance requirements, as well as planning and structuring for the same. Jessica is responsible for the timely delivery of investor tax reporting.
Jessica began her career in public accounting at KPMG. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville and holds a bachelor’s degree in French, summa cum laude, with minors in math and international business. She has a Master’s in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of North Carolina.
