Overview

Jennifer is a Manager at HCVT, with a strategic role driving connections that support the firm’s growth across recruiting and business development throughout the Utah markets. She brings a relationship-first approach to her work, partnering with firm leadership to build pipelines, strengthen professional networks, and open doors within the communities HCVT serves.

Jennifer also leads cross-functional, firm projects focused on process improvements, strategic initiatives, and key events that support the firm’s evolving business needs. In addition, she provides support on special and ad hoc projects as the firm continues to grow and adapt.

Prior to joining HCVT, Jennifer spent more than 14 years cultivating and maintaining professional relationships across professional services, higher education, and growth-focused organizations. As alumni director at the BYU Marriott School of Accountancy, she built and managed an alumni engagement platform connecting more than 17,000 alumni, students, and faculty — overseeing program launches, market-facing events, and cross-functional initiatives while maintaining a professional network of 9,300+ corporate relationships in support of recruiting and talent pipeline development.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Brigham Young University. She also co-founded and served on the Board of Trustees for two nonprofit charter schools, providing board-level oversight across operations, advancement, and organizational strategy.
