Jeff has more than 20 years of experience providing tax compliance and planning services for real estate companies and closely held businesses. He has significant experience addressing the complexities associated with partnership taxation, including 704(b) allocations, restructuring, and debt allocations. Jeff primarily serves clients in the real estate, hospitality, and private equity industry sectors and has assisted his clients with Internal Revenue Service and California Franchise Tax Board audits.

Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge, and received a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
