Isabel has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. She provides tax consulting and compliance services primarily to middle-market businesses, business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and investors. Her clients span a wide range of industries, including real estate, professional services, e-commerce, manufacturing, and distribution.
Isabel advises clients on multistate tax matters, including nexus studies, apportionment, group reporting, and flow-through entity withholding. She also works with companies and business owners evaluating exit strategies and other liquidity events.
Isabel graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in economics and an emphasis in Latin American studies. She received her Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Isabel is a Certified Public Accountant in California and began her career in public accounting at PwC.
