Edward has nearly a decade of public accounting experience with a focus on audit services and is a key member of HCVT’s real estate industry group. He works with developers, home builders, contractors, and investment and property management companies, leading financial statement audits across all real estate asset classes.

Edward has extensive experience in the application of U.S. GAAP to complex transactions, including asset acquisitions, capitalization of real estate development costs, consolidation, derivatives, leases, revenue recognition, and other common real estate transactions. Leveraging his technical expertise and deep industry knowledge, he partners closely with clients to navigate evolving accounting standards and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP. In addition to attest services, he provides non-attest engagements such as financial statement preparation, compilations, GAAP consulting, and agreed-upon procedures for a wide range of clients.

Edward earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
