Chris has more than 13 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, operations, transformation consulting, and public accounting. At HCVT, he helps mid-market and growth-stage companies align their strategy, processes, and systems to scale effectively.

His experience includes strategy and roadmap development, operating model design, and the implementation of ERP, HR, and data systems. He also advises clients on AI-enabled solutions, managed services, automation, and robotic process automation that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and deliver measurable business value.

Before joining HCVT, Chris founded El Capitan Consulting, an advisory firm serving early-stage, growth-stage, private equity-backed, and venture capital-backed companies. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly seven years at Armanino, where he advised clients across the technology, family office, manufacturing, life sciences, investment management, and healthcare sectors. He later led go-to-market strategy for Armanino’s Workday practice, helping build and scale the practice nationally.

Chris began his career in public accounting at a Big Four firm.

Chris earned a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Concordia University, Irvine.
