Chetan brings over 18 years of experience in public accounting and private industry to HCVT. He serves private equity clients, including some of the largest global private equity organizations. Chetan has extensive expertise in tax planning and structuring for international acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio companies by private equity funds, with a focus on cash extraction and repatriation strategies. He has primarily worked on transactions in the Southeast Asian, Indian, and Australian markets and also oversees various tax compliance matters for holding structures in Asia.
Before joining HCVT, Chetan was a Tax Director at a large global asset management organization, where he oversaw international tax structuring and alternative investments in Asia.
