Overview

Charlene joined the firm as part of the merger of Dreyer, Robbins & Associates, into HCVT effective January 1, 2019. Bringing over 30 years of experience to her client engagements, Charlene provides comprehensive tax consulting and compliance services to high net worth individuals and their related entities. In addition to federal and state individual income taxes compliance services, Charlene also provides compliance and consulting services for estates and trusts. She also assists her clients with the compliance requirements associated with private foundations.

Charlene provides outsourced tax services and manages the tax function for several multi-state corporate clients, both public and private businesses. Her experience includes consulting on corporate mergers and acquisitions, Section 382 studies, cancellation of debt, and ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes. Charlene also has extensive experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to corporate entities. 

Charlene began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. A thought leader, Charlene is a frequent speaker at various tax conferences.
