Parimal is a principal with over 15 years of experience in public accounting providing tax consulting and compliance services ranging from international to state and local tax, business management services, as well as tax due diligence and structuring. He specializes in working with Partnerships, Corporations and ultra-high-net-worth CEOs and other executives who work for Fortune 500 companies or other types of business organizations. He also serves clients in the private equity and real estate and hospitality sectors.
Prior to joining HCVT, Parimal worked for EY (Ernst & Young LLP) and Seiler LLP. He holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Golden Gate University, both with honors. He is a licensed Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Public Accountants. Parimal is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and Sanskrit.
