Matt brings over 17 years of public accounting experience providing tax consulting and compliance services for large private equity clients and specializes in management company tax-related issues. Matt assists his clients with tax provision services in accordance with ASC 740, international and state taxation, and navigating various partnership accounting and tax related issues.
Prior to joining HCVT, Matt worked at Yoss Allen Bernstein Lightfoot, LLP. He graduated from the University of La Verne with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
