Dani brings over 11 years of public accounting experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses structured primarily as pass-through entities. She provides her expertise in industries including media & entertainment, real estate, and manufacturing. Dani addresses complex partnership taxation issues, including allocations, the sale or exchange of partnership interests, and Section 754 adjustment to basis. She also helps her entertainment clients navigate tax issues such as film basis amortization, deferred revenue, state filing requirements, among others.
Dani began her career in public accounting at HCVT as an intern. She graduated, magna cum laude, from California Lutheran University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Dani is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
