Alice has over 15 years of experience in public accounting providing tax planning and compliance services She has a well-rounded skillset to assist with distribution analysis, accounting and tax-related services, and the various international and multi-state tax compliance issues partnerships and corporations face. She provides her technical expertise to private equity clients and their portfolio management teams to deliver solutions on topics such as deal flow, fund structure, exit, acquisitions, partnership allocations, and waterfall, among others. She also has experience with ASC 740, accounting for income taxes, which includes income tax accounting of global companies.
Alice received a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University Northridge. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California. Alice is also fluent in Korean.
