HCVT Welcomes Five New Partners in 2026

(LOS ANGELES, MONDAY, JANUARY 5) — The partners of HCVT are pleased to announce that five professionals have been admitted to the partnership, effective January 1, 2026.

Philip Crocco, Tax Partner, West Los Angeles, CA

Philip Crocco joined HCVT in 2011 and specializes in individual and partnership taxation. He provides tax consulting and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities, advising on complex transactions, equity structuring, and real estate-related tax planning, including like-kind exchanges. “Philip has a unique ability to go above and beyond for his clients in a calm, measured, and precise manner,” shared Tax Partner Eckhard Walter. “He is passionate about the people that surround him—be it family, friends, or the loyal, committed, and aligned engagement teams that he leads and mentors. Goran Jovicic, State & Local Tax (SALT) Partner, Irvine, CA

Goran Jovicic has over 14 years of public accounting experience with a focus on state and local taxation. He provides consulting and compliance services to corporate, individual, and flow-through entities, advising on multistate income, sales & use, property, and audit controversy tax matters. Perchui Manasarian, Tax Partner, West Los Angeles, CA

Perchui Manasarian joined HCVT more than 15 years ago and provides comprehensive tax consulting and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and related entities. She takes a holistic approach, tailoring solutions to both personal and business growth objectives.
