Stephanie has over 14 years of public accounting experience and provides audit and accounting services to private companies and closely-held businesses. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, retail, distribution, technology, and professional services industry sectors. Stephanie is also a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisition practice. She assists in both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Her M & A project experience includes financial due diligence, quality of earnings analysis, and working capital analysis, among others.

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of San Diego and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting and financial management. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association for Corporate Growth. Stephanie began her career in public accounting at Grant Thornton.
