Philip brings over ten years of public accounting experience to his client engagement. He is a highly experienced tax professional with dual specialization in individual and partnership taxation. He provides consulting and compliance services to high net worth individuals and their related entities, generally structured as pass-through entities. As a subject matter specialist in partnership taxation, he assists his clients in a wide range of complex transactions, including acquisitions, disposition, allocation modeling, and equity transactions. Many of his clients hold real estate assets, and he helps his clients plan for real property acquisition, like-kind exchanges (1031), dispositions, debt restructurings, and partnership formations and exits. In addition to serving high-net-worth individuals, Philip's industry experience also includes professional services firms, global talent agencies, and talent management organizations.

Philip is a graduate of The Ohio State University and holds a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.
