Overview

Kevin Cordano has over 30 years of experience providing clients with tax consulting and compliance services, primarily in the real estate and private equity sectors. Kevin has spent his entire career addressing complex partnership taxation issues. He serves real estate investors, developers, and operators across all asset classes including commercial, industrial and residential. Kevin consults with clients to assist in evaluating the tax implications of partnership and operating agreements. He assists clients in structuring issues and complex tax issues such as partnership allocations and real estate asset acquisition and disposition. Kevin’s private equity clients include sponsors, fund entities, management companies, and alternative investment funds. He addresses the tax issues associated with fund formation, asset acquisition, and fund liquidation.

Kevin is a University of California, Los Angeles graduate and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business. Kevin has served as an adjunct professor and as a guest speaker at the University of Southern California’s Master of Business Taxation program. Kevin is active in his community and is a board member of the YMCA, South Pasadena /San Marino Chapter.
