Andy is a senior manager with over seven years of public accounting experience. He provides attest services to middle market private businesses across numerous industry sectors including manufacturing, retail, distribution, media & entertainment, healthcare, and technology. Andy is also a member of our firm's Mergers & Acquisitions team, and assists with sell-side and buy-side transaction advisory services for small to mid-size businesses. He provides financial due diligence and quality of earnings reports, evaluates target working capital calculations, assists in post-closing working capital adjustments, reviewing accounting methods to confirm compliance with GAAP.
Andy is a Certified Public Accountant in California. He graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
