Angie Cruz has over 20 years of public accounting experience and over nine years of experience performing employee benefit plan audits. She dedicates 100% of her time to the employee benefit plan practice at HCVT. Her focus and commitment to the practice result in a timely and accurate audit. Angie specializes in auditing 401(k) and other types of employee benefit plans, including defined benefit, and 403(b) plans. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, private equity, entertainment, and not-for-profit. She oversees the audits of over 50 plans per year.
Angie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a Certified Public Accountant in California. She began her career at a Grant Thornton member firm in the Philippines, then joined Grant Thornton in the United States.
