Jerry has over 25 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services to privately-held organizations. He works with clients to identify planning opportunities that achieve tax savings. Jerry has significant experience addressing partnership taxation issues. He serves clients in diverse industries including professional services, real estate, hospitality, shipping and transportation, and media. Jerry has extensive experience in property tax compliance matters and has represented clients before state/county boards in property tax valuation appeal hearings and negotiations. Jerry has also represented clients regarding California sales/use tax compliance matters.
Jerry received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Jerry is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
