Jennifer has over 19 years of public accounting experience, providing tax consulting and compliance services to multi-national companies and closely held businesses. Her clients are spread throughout a wide variety of industries that include manufacturing, retail, distribution, entertainment, and technology. She has familiarity with addressing the complex computations associated with tax accruals and tax provisions (ASC 740), including the preparation, review, and drafting of required disclosures and deferred tax asset studies. 

Jennifer began her career as a Tax Director at Arthur Andersen. Jennifer received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
