Greg has over 14 years of experience providing strategic tax compliance and transactional consulting services to closely held businesses across numerous industry sectors including real estate, media and entertainment, wholesale/retail and technology. His experience includes addressing the tax reporting issues associated with complex transactions within a variety of entity structures, including partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations. Greg has assisted his clients with complex partnership allocations, purchase price allocations, transaction cost analysis, utilization of NOLs and other tax attributes, and the tax evaluation and implication of various sale alternatives. Greg has extensive experience providing mergers and acquisition services including buy-side and sell-side transactions. With the goal of achieving tax savings, he focuses on the analysis of the tax efficiencies of proposed deal structures and conducts comprehensive tax due diligence. 

Greg graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arizona with an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance and has a master’s of business taxation from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association for Corporate Growth. Active in his community, Greg serves as the treasurer of Team Prime Time, an organization committed to providing intervention programs for at-risk youths in Los Angeles. Greg began his career at Deloitte.
