Sarah has over 20 years of public accounting experience and provides tax compliance and consulting services to closely held private companies in the manufacturing, retail and distribution industry sectors. She specializes in addressing the tax complexities associated with tangible property regulations. Sarah also has experience serving clients in the real estate industry. She has served clients in all phases of the business cycle ranging from start-up, rapid growth, to mature companies and business owners seeking exit strategies and other liquidity events.
Sarah also provides tax consulting and compliance services to high net worth individuals and their related entities. Sarah addresses complex tax issues associated with the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, including the Qualified Business Income Deduction (Section 199A), and Limitation on Business Interest Deduction (Section 163(j)).
Sarah began her career in public accounting at EY. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
