Rosalinda joined the firm as part of the merger of Dreyer, Robbins & Associates into HCVT, effective January 1, 2019. Rosalinda is an experienced tax professional bringing over 30 years of public accounting and private industry experience to the firm. Rosalinda has a wide breadth of experience addressing tax reporting, representation, consulting and transactional matters for partnerships, high net worth individuals and their related entities, corporations, and tax-exempt organizations.
Rosalinda’s substantial private industry experience includes serving in management positions at leading public and private real estate companies. Most recently, she served as a senior vice president of tax and was responsible for directing and conducting federal and state and local tax planning, research, and reporting for a publicly traded C-corporation, its operating partnership, and over 100 subsidiary and affiliated entities, including partnerships, limited liability companies, and C Corporations.
Rosalinda’s transactional experience includes planning, tax due diligence, analysis of agreements, and implementation of restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, mergers, and like-kind exchanges. Rosalinda’s experience also includes “hands-on” management of large cases and other audits with the Internal Revenue Service and state and local taxing authorities.
Rosalinda began her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen. She is a graduate of the University of Southern California and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
