Ekta specializes in providing audit services to clients primarily in the manufacturing, retail, distribution, entertainment, technology, healthcare, and real estate industry sectors. She serves middle-market private companies in all phases of the business cycle, from start-up, emerging growth, mature and business owners seeking liquidity events. Ekta also provides mergers and acquisition services including quality of earnings analysis, working capital analysis, post-closing adjustments, among others. She has a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from California State University, Northridge. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ekta began her career in public accounting at Deloitte.
