Tes joined HCVT with over eighteen years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in taxation of partnerships and other flow-through entities as well as closely held corporations and high-net-worth individuals. Her client concentration includes real estate, construction, investment and media / entertainment industries. In addition, she has extensive experience in assisting clients with the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board audits.
Prior to joining HCVT, Tes worked at large local CPA firms. Early in her career, her primary focus was audit and subsequently shifted to tax. Tes graduated from the University of San Carlos with a bachelor's degree in accounting and received her master’s in taxation at Golden Gate University. She became certified in the Philippines and was in the top 50 of the nationwide CPA exams. She is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
