Joining the firm over fifteen years ago, Ken specializes in providing tax and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, professional service companies, entertainers, talent agencies and closely held businesses (SCorporation, partnerships and LLCs). In addition, Ken has vast experience in representing clients in connection with audits by the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board and other government agencies.
Ken graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's of science in accounting and a master's degree in business taxation. Ken is a certified public accountant in the State of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ken lives in South Pasadena with his wife and two sons.
